General Information

Account Management

The responsibility for the security and use of your okbj account rests entirely with you. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Do not share your login credentials — username and password — with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Follow the correct procedure to update your account information and verify the changes after making them.
• okbj may close inactive accounts (with no login for an extended period) by following a defined procedure.
• The account is for personal use only — use on behalf of a business or a third party is not permitted.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to financial transactions on the okbj platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal Time: Withdrawals for verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal requests must be made through the registered payment method only. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• okbj reserves the right to hold a withdrawal and conduct additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions.
• In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, identity and source verification may be carried out for large transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

okbj offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to these offers:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive up to 200% on their first deposit, with a maximum bonus of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times.
• Bonuses are only usable on designated games. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after completing the wagering requirement.
• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms. The special terms stated on the offer page are supplementary to these general terms.
• Attempting to use the same bonus more than once, or abusing the bonus system, may result in account termination.
• okbj reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• The VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0% and Gold up to 1.5%.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on the okbj platform are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Please follow the rules below:

• Once a placed bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, although exceptions may apply according to the relevant game rules.
• If a bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error (server downtime, disconnection, etc.), okbj reserves the right to void or reinstate the bet.
• In sports betting, if a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If a round in a live casino game is left incomplete due to network issues, the game provider's policy will be followed.
• The outcome of all games is determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology, and fair play is ensured.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbj platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to dishonestly take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Any form of theft, fraud or deceptive transactions.
• Playing games using software bots, scripts or automation tools.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Harassing other players, using abusive language or making threats.

If any of the above activities are proven, okbj may permanently terminate the account and forfeit the associated funds.

Limitation of Liability

• okbj is not responsible for disruptions to the gaming experience caused by internet disconnection, power outages or issues with the user's device.
• okbj is not responsible for errors or delays in third-party payment systems, but will assist in resolving the issue.
• In the event of a temporary service outage due to essential maintenance, advance notice will be given where possible.
• okbj is not liable for any damage to an account caused by the user's own carelessness or negligence.
